Visit a humble traditional Baja Rancho located 15 miles out of the heart of San Lucas where the main income come through the harvest of this cactus and goat products.
Learn the whole ancestral process of Mexican native cultures since its harvest to the final serving, don’t forget Mexicans love salsa because you´ll be grinding your own and elaborate your own tortillas from scratch.
